3% Federal Withholding on Contractors

The House & Senate have now passed the bill repealing the 3% mandatory Federal withholding on contractors that was scheduled to begin in 2013. The President is expected to sign the repeal bill by the weekend. No word as to whether Raytheon, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin are relieved.
